Commanding Officer: Captain(A) Doug Campbell's Address

All right maggots! Pay attention!

Capt Campbell is the name. Not the first time I've been in the CO's chair, so I know my way around the block. I'm active, I get things done. My staff is active, they get things done...or they find themselves not my staff for long!

Here's what we're gonna do:

- Trades: Get 'em in! There's no reason why we can't win that sword or that trophy at the end of the year!

- ETP: Most of you have just about finished everything. Thats...amazing to say the least. Good stuff!

- Recruiting: Numbers are a little low. I'd like to fix that.

One thing I'd like to address to you all: If you are thinking about transferring, please speak to myself, Col Evans or WO Gall first. If you're having a problem in the unit, we cannot fix it if we don't know about it. Let us know, so we can help you.

If ANYONE approaches you about transferring to their unit, promising positions or anything...be advised that this CAN BE CONSIDERED AN OFFENCE and should be reported as soon as possible. Not to get anyone in trouble, but please understand that those who have chosen to serve with "A" Coy did so for a reason, and I intend to keep everyone here happy and productive.

Thats all from me. The office is always open. Just make sure you use the chain of command first.

CO OUT!

Deputy Commanding Officer: Colonel(M) Ollie Evans's Address

Hello Alpha Company!

I have been appointed as your new Executive Officer, and i can tell your all extatic about it :-)

The job spec for XO is rather illusive. I consider XO as a support role, i support the RSM and the CO in whatever they need. The CO has asked me to deal with the unit OSG affairs, so the conduct and appointment of the unit admin, site maintenance and training matters shall be my arena.

I dont encourage jumping the chain of command, but i do encourage you to come and chat to me so we can get to know each other. For each person who comes to chat to me shall get 10 Ollie Dollars...a valueless currency, but a bit of fun ;)

All the best,

Ollie

Company Sergeant Major: Warrant Officer(A) Jon Gall's Address

Alpha Coy,

My name is WO Jon Gall, Im you're Sergeant Major. I would first like to say good work recently, Lots of activity on the forums! But lets show that activity in the Trades and Quals, in the Units ETP. Keep these recruits coming in at this high rate. And welcome to all the new cadets. Get CORPS finished up and you'll be in a platoon in no time. Both platoons have a highly motivated, experienced and active Platoon staff, so USE them. They are here to help. As am I.

I have alot of experience here and in the real world Army. If you have any questions use your Chain or you can come to me, just send an email that easy.

I would like to thank Capt Campbell for his efforts in the position previously, but the Capt has gone onto bigger and better things! (matter of opinion, he might say)

Keep it up troops, and Soldier on

Semper Fi!!      HOOAH!!
